Gustaf Frithz has been working for a number of years with advanced IT systems within Medtech. Gustaf has a broad international experience after more than 30 years working abroad in the USA, Europe, Africa and Asia. He has experience from industry, finance and as a self-employed entrepreneur in retail and distribution, including markets for sports. He was also a Liutenant Commander in the Swedish Navy Reserve.

Gustaf has degrees from the Stockholm School of Economics and the Naval Academy and he is certified Corporate Finance (FCA) in the UK and Prince 2 in project management.

Mats Forsman has more than 30 years’ experience in senior production and marketing roles at AstraZeneca. Mats also has extensive experience from the innovation system in Umeå through various roles within Innovationsbron Umeå AB and Umeå Universitet Holding AB, as well as through own enterprises.

Other ongoing assignments: Chairman of the Board at Airframe AB and deputy board member at Forsman i Kråken AB.

Pär Carmonius has been working for more than 15 years in companies focused on user-centered product development. The majority of these companies have been in the start-up phase and many  have also focused on the development of physical products in the medical technology world.
  
Pär holds a degree from Blekinge University of Technology with a focus on Business Administration.

Håkan Samuelsson holds extensive marketing skills with over 35 years working experience from different positions and companies, such as AstraZeneca and Merck, in the pharmaceutical industry. Håkan also has regularly attended national and global strategic groups in the medical field.
